Yes, it is official, we are now a family of four!! At 1 pm Russian time, we officially became the parents of Maks-Joseph Kirill Harkins!! We were so excited, happy and relieved. Court was a bit longer and tougher than with Alek, but all in all not too bad. The ten days was also waived so we stay on schedule for our trip home!! I cannot wait to be home on Saturday and have Maks meet his big brother Alek and the rest of the family!!
It was decided that it would be best to keep Maks in the baby home so we could visit him more and have him get more used to us. We will pick him up on Wednesday morning though!! We can't wait for that!!
In the meantime we head back for another visit to our son (I love saying that!). Tomorrow we will visit twice and we are also going on a tour of the city, which we are looking forward too. It is pretty cold, but Kevin and I have been out exploring alot and have enjoyed it!
So that is the scoop!! We are so happy and thrilled to have our family complete and cannot wait to have the boys home together as brothers!!
