We are officially done!!! Just got back from the Embassy and Maks has his visa! It was jumping there today, 23 families and 32 kiddos!! (and two workers), thankfully Irene our translator got us there early and we were numbers 1 and 2.
We had a quick, nice but cold walk around Red Square and got some good pictures. It is a very cold rainy day here, but I am glad we got to get over there.
Maks is napping right now, we will have some dinner and then make it an early night. Our driver is coming at 3:45 am!! Our flight to London leaves at 5:50am. We are hoping Maks does well with the two flights and that we are able to get that bassinet seat, that may help.
At least I know I will have a clean airplane bathroom to change him in. You wouldn't believe what we had to change him in on the Murmansk to Moscow flight (there is not enough disinfectant in the world!!).
So that is it, we are coming home!!! Can't wait to see everyone and can't wait for Maks and Alek to be together!!!
