Yes, we have a referral!!! I was caught completely off guard at work on Friday with "the call". We definitely were not expecting anything this soon, but we are excited!
After some discussion today with our physician, we decided to accept the referral and make our first trip!
So, for now, the basics:
He is a gorgeous 10 month old little guy (with blue eyes and strawberry blond hair)who is in Murmansk, Russia. Murmansk is up above the artic circle, near Finland. We probably will make the first trip very soon--so we appreciate any and all prayers! It is going to be stressful making arrangements not only for our trip but for Alek as well. The thought of leaving him home saddens me so much, I don't like to think about it, but I know he will be in good hands!! Of course now the wprries over being mom to two young kiddos will kick in as well, but we are excited!
