Happy 5th Birthday Maks!
We are so lucky that we have been able to share every birthday with you. It meant the world to us to be able to meet you on your 1st birthday.
You amaze us at how far you have come. Such a long way from the sad and sick little guy we met in Murmansk.
You are funny, witty, inquisitive, stubborn, willfull, happy, smart little man. You have brought us such joy these 4 short years you have been home.
We look forward to celebrating all your birthdays, your achievements and milestones.
Though it is hard to admit our baby is now 5, it has been a blast to watch you grow. I love watching your excitement over new adventures and activities. You make us laugh and leave us shaking our heads at some of your antics.
You are truly one of a kind and you march to the beat of your own drum.
