Boy this past year flew by!! Can't believe another Christmas has come and gone, it feels like you do so much to prepare and then you blink your eyes and it is over. The holidays were so busy but alot of fun especially with having two little guys to spend them with. Alek and Maks definitely enjoyed themselves and we had so much fun watching them.
We started New Years at Mike and C's, watching the Eagles game. The kids had a blast, Alek and Keeley put on quite the dancing show, that boy can sure move his hips!! He cracks us up with his dance moves!
Around 10ish we headed home with two sleeping kiddos and managed (barely) to stay up, enjoy the fire, have some champagne and watch the ball drop, although I think we were in bed at 12:10! No more late nighters here!
Can't wait to see what this year has in store for us and the kids. Alek's 3rd birthday is right around the corner, I can't believe my little man is going to be 3, my baby is growing sooo fast.
This should be a fun year filled with lots of new firsts and experiences with Maks and Alek, we can't wait to see how much the grow and change.
Today we went on a little hike in the woods near our house, or as Alek likes to call it, the spooky forest (from Dora), so we are always on the look-out for Swiper and for bears too! It was a little muddy, why is it that little boys love to head for the biggest puddle or the muddiest path? He would have rolled in it if we let him!
