We will be on a plane headed to Russia! The nerves have kicked in big time for me. I am really stressing over Alek, the plane rides, the weather, everything basically. I have had too much time to dwell on this, it just needs to happen now!
So, Monday night, we leave Philly. Arrive in London on Tuesday morning. Fly to Moscow. Transfer airports (2 hour car ride). Check into hotel. Wednesday we fly to Murmansk. Where the temps are hanging in the mid to upper 30's. We get to visit Maks, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Thursday will be his first birthday, we are so happy to be able to share the milestone day with him. Saturday morning we fly back to Moscow. Saturday night, fly to London, spend the night, Sunday head home!
That is our whirlwind week.
We keep talking to Alek about his vacation to LaLa's house and Jakey's room and then to Grammom and Poppy's to see Corlie and Kaiser again.
I am sure this will be alot harder on us than it is for him. I know I will be a mess come Monday!! I told him tonight that mommy and daddy will be flying on a plane to go visit baby Maks, he said, "that fun, to infinity and beyond!" That's my little Buzzy!!
